A special summer event promoting health and safety in our community – sponsored by Fidelis Care.

NAMI Schenectady, the local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, will offer a fall NAMI Peer-to-Peer class beginning on Tuesday September 9. It will be held on 8 consecutive Tuesdays from 6:00-8:00 pm at Emmanuel Friedens Church, 218 Nott Terrace, Schenectady. Sign up today. Registration is required.

The NAMI Schenectady Board was happy to invite you to attend our annual Summer Social, a picnic, on Tuesday, August 12th, at the Central Park Pavilion, from 5-7:30.  Food!  Games!  Music!  Good Times!  Thanks to all who attended.  Hope to see you next year!

 

On Saturday, June 28th, NAMI Schenectady will once again partner with C.R.E.A.T.E. to provide an art class for PEERS in Recovery. The class will be from 12:30 – 2:00 PM. Seats are limited, so please call the NAMI support line (518-986-9114) before June 20th to reserve a spot.
