06/28/2025 – C.R.E.A.T.E. Art Class for PEERS

On Saturday, June 28th, NAMI Schenectady will once again partner with C.R.E.A.T.E. to provide an art class for PEERS in Recovery. The class will be from 12:30 – 2:00 PM. Seats are limited, so please call the NAMI support line (518-986-9114) before June 20th to reserve a spot.

05/16/2025 – “Howlin’ at the Moon” Concert Series

The “Howlin’ at the Moon” concert series at the Mabee Farm is starting up again now that it’s spring. The first concert of the 2025 season will be on Friday, May 16th. The concert series is hosted by Everest Rising and the featured act for May 16th is Cold Chocolate, a roots/Americana band hailing from Boston. NAMI Schenectady will sponsor the $10 ticket price for all peers in recovery. Contact our helpline and leave a message (518-986-9114) if you are interested in attending.

05/08/2025 – NAMI Schenectady Board Meeting

The next NAMI Schenectady Board meeting will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Emmanuel Friedens Church, 218 Nott Terrace, Schenectady. The Board meeting will run from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Arrival time no earlier than 5:45 PM to allow staff time to open the doors to participants. The agenda will include a discussion of steps to complete the “Affiliate Model B” transition.
